How It Works

1. Complete our simple online application form.

This simple application form will inform us of the necessary information we need in order to find you suitable accommodation. i.e: where you are going? how many of you there are? duration of stay? etc.

2. Application Confirmation And Payment.

Once we have received your application form, we will send out an email confirming receipt of your application along with a secure PayPal payment link. You do not need a Paypal account to pay via this method. You can pay via PayPal's secure gateway using all major credit and debit cards. PayPal is not only simple and secure to use, but it also gives you complete peace of mind knowing that if for any reason you take issue with our service you can turn to PayPal to recover your payment. We also accept cheques if you do not wish to pay by Paypal.

3. Payment Received, Your Search Starts.

Once we have received your payment we will start your accommodation search. It is impossible to specify exactly how long the search will take. However, we do recommend that you contact us as early as possible in order to maximise the chance of us finding accommodation fitting your criteria.

4. Search Results.

Once we have completed our search we will send you details of a property (or properties) with any photos, (if available) that we believe suit the requirements of your application. In the unlikely event that we do not find accommodation for you, we will issue you with a full refund.

5. Reservation.

Once you have selected the property you want, we will contact the landlord/agency to confirm your selection. We will continue to help you with organising the deposit (if necessary)on the property and any additional paperwork required for the move. We will make sure that you have all of the necessary contact numbers, maps and addresses needed for when you arrive at your destination. Where possible, we will also organise for you to be met by the landlord/agency/tenants at you destination.

6. Bon Voyage.

You leave for your time abroad and instead of spending your first few days stressing and searching for accommodation, you can concentrate on the more important things like settling into your new surroundings and improving your language skills.

7. Aftercare

Throughout your stay we will still be reachable via e-mail or phone, so do not hesitate to contact us if there are any problems, or if you just want to let us know how things are going.
